Apparently, this is a list which everybody would have in their mind and can instantly recall. Unfortunately none of this ‘everybody’ pursues it. For me its a well thought over list and i intend to do it. So here goes this list:

  1. ‘Rath Yatra’ in Puri, Orissa.
  2. Pushkar Mela’, Rajisthan.
  3. Ladakh
  4. Kashmir Valley
  5. A hitch-hiking or a car ride through Seven Sisters – the North East India.
  6. Darjeeling on the steam engine.
  7. Kolkata (especially the Tram).
  8. Benaras.
  9. Khajuraho
  10. Get lost in Coorg.
  11. Sabarmati.
  12. Wagah Border – i am doing this in October.
  13. Dharamshala.
  14. Paudi – Garhwal.
  15. Auroville – again, this time i want to live there for few weeks.

This list isn’t going to end…as of now, this is my immediate targets and i intend to achieve it.

Anyone?? Smile

Update (18/02/2015):

Somebody read and shared this today, that’s how i remembered this post. I have been travelling frequently since i wrote this post and have been to some places (which i did strike off) in this list. Interestingly, though i would like to visit many of these places, my list of to-do places have changed and is constantly changing. As much as i would like to share the new list, the frequency at which i rewrite the list make it an unnecessary task. Pardon me dear reader, i request your understanding and follow my blog (i will surely update about my travels sooner or later over here).

Bon Voyage

  1. I’ve done a few from your list and can add some more. 😛
    Rann of Kutch
Travelling on all 4 toy trains of India
    Kanyakumari
    Backwaters of Kerala
    Bodh Gaya
    etc etc etc

But my list is not destination oriented, it’s type of journey I desire for.

    Happy travels. 🙂
